In the event of malfunction, a patron may need to exchange a non- or semi-functional laptop for a fully functional one. To do this, return the laptop to the Main Library and give staff a description of the issue. The laptop will be assessed for repairs, and a hold will be placed by staff for a backup laptop.

Pickup procedure for the backup laptop will match that of the original loan. The due date will remain the same.

Remember to download all personal files to an external drive, as laptops are wiped and reset upon return.
