Circulation

Many video recordings are now available for loan to UGA faculty, students and staff for short periods. See our Circulation Policies for more information.

Music Recordings

Music recordings are typically located at the Music Library. Check GIL for exact locations.

Interlibrary Loan

Video recordings (DVD, Blu-ray, VHS or Laserdisc) are not available through Interlibrary Loan.

Patrons

UGA affiliates may use materials from the Media Collection. University of Georgia students, faculty, and staff must present a valid University of Georgia identification card.

No unsupervised persons under the age of 17 may have access to the Media Collection.

Access

Many Media holdings are listed in the Media Collection Catalog. If you cannot find a specific item, please contact us for assistance at mediadep@uga.edu or 706-542-3256.

Reserves

Faculty can place library-owned media and their own videos on reserve in the Main Library. For more information, see Reserves.
