Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library will be bringing artifacts and memorabilia from the UGA Athletic Association Archive. This will include items associated with the Auburn vs Georgia football game. Hargrett will also be bringing artifacts from its collection that are associated with Oconee County.
Oconee County Historical Society provides great lectures and resources for history in Oconee County. Learn more about what they have to offer and meet some of the members. Oconee Historical will bring items to display including books about Oconee History written by citizens.
Learn more about the Heritage Room which is the ARLS headquarters of the Archives and Special Collections Department and houses a non-circulating collection of local history, genealogy, and southern history books, microfilm, and archival materials.
