Toddler Tuesday

Toddler Tuesday at UGA Special Collections is full of story time, music, and crafts! Join us for enriching activities designed for children ages 1-4 years old (older siblings are invited to join us!) This program is free and open to the public, including free parking offered to visitors in the Hull Street Deck. Seats are limited; email jess.grant@uga.edu to reserve your spot.

All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the program.

Warrior Women: A Community Conversation Sparked by Sculptor Alice Woodruff and Formidable Women

Join us on Saturday, March 11, 2023, for a community conversation sparked by artist Alice Woodruff and formidable women. View a selection of the sculptures from the exhibition Warrior Women:  From Invisible to Formidable One Hundred Strong. Following a brief lecture by artist Alice Woodruff, a panel will explore themes from the exhibition. The artist and panel will participate in a Q & A with the audience. Light reception. Book Talk with James Cobb

Join the Russell Library for a program with James C. "Jim" Cobb on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 4:oo p.m. in room 271 of the UGA Special Collections Building. Following a talk about his new book C. Vann Woodward: America's Historian (UNC Press, 2022), Cobb will participate in a Q&A with the audience and book signing. Light reception to follow. This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the Hull Street Deck.
