Mapping Basics in QGIS (pt. 2)

A hands on introduction to mapping using QGIS; an open source GIS software. We will review how to set up your spreadsheet to capture your own mappable data and how to create a simple map from an existing dataset with latitude/longitude. No experience required. This workshop will build off of part 1, but having attended part 1 is not required. These workshops form the basis of other GIS workshops to come. Attendees should download and install QGIS (LTR version) prior to the workshop.
